Bookings, payment & changes
Quotations are issued in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise. Booking confirmation, deposit schedules and cancellation terms are specified in each tailored proposal and contract.
Operations & weather
Mountain railways, cruises and outdoor activities remain subject to seasonal schedules and weather conditions. Zwiss GmbH coordinates suitable alternatives where required.
Applicable law & jurisdiction
All agreements with Zwiss GmbH are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
